COLD BREW: Add 1 teabag or 5g loose tea to a jug with 1 litre cold water - let it cold brew overnight.
ICED: Brew 1 teabag or 5g loose tea in hot water (approx 300ml), and pour over ice.

A delicious afternoon treat and lift-me-up. The buckwheat latte is smooth, nutty, and creamy with the perfect touch of sweetness - the maple syrup enhances the toasty notes of buckwheat in the best possible way!

½ cup strong buckwheat tea (1 teabag and 1/2 cup water)
½ cup whole, semi-skim, or oat milk (for vegan option)
½ teaspoon maple syrup/agave

Instructions

Make your tea using 1 buckwheat teabag and half a cup of boiled water. Let it brew for around 3 min, and save the teabag to use for another cup.
Add the milk and maple syrup/agave to a small saucepan and let it boil till some small bubbles form around the outside.
Froth the milk with a milk frother (I use a handheld one)
Pour your tea into a cup, and gently pour the milk and foam into the centre of the cup.

Hot Cocoa Soba-cha

A comforting, chocolatey treat to unwind with. This cocoa soba-cha is rich, smooth, and gently nutty, with the roasted buckwheat adding depth to the chocolate in a way that feels both indulgent and balanced.
