One teabag of our delicious, smooth, and subtly nutty-flavoured tea, known as soba-cha in Japan.

Each teabag can be used to brew 3 cups of buckwheat tea, for a large (up to 500ml) flask/teapot.

Ingredients

100% Roasted tartary buckwheat kernels

How to Brew

Pour hot water (95 - 100°C) over 1 x T. buckwheat teabag, and let it brew for 3-5 minutes, or longer for a deeper flavour. Each biodegradable teabag can be used up to 3 times.

Feel free to add in some milk or a sweetener of your choice for an added depth to the flavour.
