Ingredients: 0.5 cup strong buckwheat tea (1 teabag and 1/2 cup water); 0.5 cup whole, semi-skim, or oat milk (for vegan option); 0.5 teaspoon maple syrup/agave

½ cup strong buckwheat tea (1 teabag and 1/2 cup water)
½ cup whole, semi-skim, or oat milk (for vegan option)
½ teaspoon maple syrup/agave

Instructions

Make your tea using 1 buckwheat teabag and half a cup of boiled water. Let it brew for around 3 min, and save the teabag to use for another cup.
Add the milk and maple syrup/agave to a small saucepan and let it boil till some small bubbles form around the outside.
Froth the milk with a milk frother (I use a handheld one)
Pour your tea into a cup, and gently pour the milk and foam into the centre of the cup.
